This combo may look silly but it's tough! Aside from working the arms, you'll also get some power training from the speedy front-to-back rotation 👊🏽All you need is enough room to bend your knees:

Try x5 reps of movement A and x5 reps of movement B. Repeat for max sets in a 90 second interval (or 2 min if you want an even greater challenge 🔥)

Movement A: Tricep press-ups with bent knees and an Isometric hamstring curl – bit of booty work here too!

Movement B: Tricep dips in figure 4 AND in relevé for a barre twist 💃🏽
