Exchanges & Returns
We are happy to offer free UK returns on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition, within 30 days of receipt of order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
- We can only accept returns that have been purchased directly from our website.
- If your order qualifies for free shipping and return takes you below the threshold, standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.
- All returns need to have a tracking number, and order reference
- We are unable to offer free returns for orders sent outside the United Kingdom.

Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements including your order number and returns form. Items must be unworn and unwashed for full return.

Print it out and add to your parcel.

Notify us: orders@posto9activa.com and we will send you a returns shipping label. You will need to drop it off at your nearest service point.
Once we have received the parcel your return will be processed. Please be advised all refunds can take up to 15 working days to process. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your return has been refunded.
