Killer 20 min HIIT circuit to kickstart 2017

I had 20 minutes to get in a workout today and here’s what I came up with. Absolute killer ! 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest, repeat two times! 

1. Bunny hops 

2. Bench jumps 

3. Jump over bench 

4. Squat jumps with bench 

5. Skipping 

6. Squat jumps 

7. Alternative jump lunge 

8. Mountain climber 

9. Mountains start jumps 

10. Froggy jumps
