Advanced animal moves in animal print

. You can do these moves at home or anywhere really (no shame when working for gains…I’ll probably be doing these in Central Park or making my former clients do them UPHILL while I visit this weekend 😈)

Try on your own: Spider lunges x2 +one torso lunge lift, repeat . Spider lunges x2 + one side plank lift, repeat . Repeat full sequence at least once (but ideally x2 to x3 sets before switching sides)
